[mindcrack v8] Exception_Access_Violation

So i'm running this small mindcrack feed the beast server.
And everytime i start it up i get this error:

This is what i already tried to fix it:
Reinstall java both 64 and 32 bit.
Install older java tried older 7,6 and 5 version.
Grant permission to jvm.dll file. (It was giving errors on that file first but it seemed fixed now)
Downloading a fresh server file (Which is what this error log is from)
Start a fresh world on both the new and old server files.
Updating my graphic drivers

Computer:
Windows 8 64 bit
16 gig of ram
Intel Core i7
Nvidia Geforce GT 650M

I'm lost on how to fix this seeing i tried almost everything.
So i hope you people could help me,

Update:
I just tried to run it again but thistime it gave the jvm.dll error again

cause this problem has just been moved from trying to get a SMP server.
It now also happens often when i just launch to play in my SSP world.
