Mindcrack to Ultimate pack Memory leaks

I'm trying to run my mindcrack world save in the ultimate pack and my game is crashing. in the console it lists memory leaks. scanning it i also see "Memory connection overburdened; after processing 2500 packets, we still have 2346 to go!"
and several lines of [WARNING] [Minecraft] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

my world size is very large as i explore a lot. is this just a lost cause? lol, i never have had issues with this and i've allocated my ram to game. any assistance would be awesome, even if it means i just have to give up on converting my old world

Please post your entire client side console log on pastebin.com and link your paste URL here. This is the other window that is opened by the FTB launcher. Please post any and all other logs you can provide to pastebin.com and link those as well. Logs are much easier to read when uploaded to pastebin. To prevent future issues, such as pastebin flagging your log as spam and deleting it, it is simplest to create an account on pastebin.com and use that account to upload your logs.

Please take your FTB folder out of the location that it is in. Place it in a new (empty) folder on your desktop, with *no spaces* or *special characters* in the file path. It cannot be placed in any folders containing other files/programs or in any temporary folders, including Downloads. It needs to be placed in a folder, and cannot be placed directly on your desktop. Change the install directory (in the options tab of the launcher) to the new location.

And Update your Java.

Looks like you need to manually uninstall your outdated java update, as it's still active.

Have you been using any of the blocks from the secret rooms mod?
I've seen people mention that it can cause similar problems.
It could be worth a try to disable the secret rooms mod to see if that helps.
Make sure to take a backup of your world first.

never used it. this is a world save from the mindcrack pack that doesn't have it. my new worlds aren't having this problem. i'm just going to start over completely. i just really didn't want to start over with thaumcraft research as that sucks. i'm thankful for all of the help.

it doesn't crash on startup, there's a memory leak somewhere. i crash after a few minutes game play

tried it. still crashing. i go from one solution to the next and its just not working. one solution creates another problem. I'll just start a new world or something. thanks though

tried the whole process another time, its working, no crashes unless i load mobs through portal gun portals but i can live with that, thanks a bunch Ash!
