Simple answer Your missing mods

Longer answer, do you get this on your server or on your client?
Incase of client: Remove everything from your modpackfolder on your harddrive (!IMPORTANT backup your wolrd first!) and do a force update in the launcher
incase of server, re-extract the serverfiles to the server, something messed up there.
