Problem Mindcrack Server Crash - Log Included

This keeps happening whenever my server attempts to start. Backround of it was a player was out exploring and after he logged out and logged back in the server started throwing out failure to save player data errors for anybody online. When the server was restarted this has been the result. We are running a server on creeperhost.net. Please see pastebin below. To me it looks like a Thaumcraft problem, but I am not sure what the problem is exactly nor how to fix it.

Looks to me that the the player files in the world folder are corrupted. I would back up to a previous version of those players, or failing that just delete all the player files. Note that you may lose all your items and research deleting all of it, but if you have no other choice, what else are you going to do?

Also back up before attempting this.
