Problem Mindcrack Pack Server Lag

the example is on a windows server, I have tested it on a ubuntu 12.04 install and it works

well. found the problem for my server.. Modular force field system. used as protection. no MFFS. 0 lag at blockdrop

Processor: Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz
Cores: 2
Memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
System: Mac OS X Lion (laptop)

I have no idea what I'm doing so..... yeah... help would be greatly appreciated.
