Mindcrack pack server crash.

My server crashes after awhile because of thaumcraft and then wont start up again, and i have confirmed this by removing thaumcraft and the server starting up, but thaumcraft is the most popular mod on my server besides the twighlight forest so i would like to put it back in. Heres the error-
