I have 2 problems:
1. the iron chests mod has some weird garphical glitches where they turn around back and forth when they are placed..
2. Nei gives me some INSANE lag spike. Every time i search something and i leave it on that page of Nei it lags any time i open an inventory.. so for example i wanted to build some solar panels, so i searched it and looked at the recipe but i forgot one item so i opened one of my chests at that moment i got an insane lag spike bringing me down to 1 fps. then to test it out i opened more inv and it was the same thing..

is there a way to fix these? ( and yes i have tried pressing O in Nei to disable it but it still gives me the same thing)

^Agreed, as to the question of the iron chest mod. I was having the same problem and also crashing when i tried to upgrade them. My suggestion is to check what optifine you have. The latest version fixed my iron chest problem. (Latest version as in the latest complete version not the peak at a future version). NEI has been having some problems to my knowledge I think (think=im not sure dont get mad if im wrong) there is a page with a download that fixes some issues.
