Problem Mindcrack FTB pack problems

Currently we are having a problem which is not only to do with the server but in whole the Mindcrack FTB pack.

Currently only 2 people, a friend and i can connect to the server.
When they try to connect they receive this error & then there client crashes:

SOLUTIONS WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED:

• Send them my Mindcrack files
• Do complete reinstall of server files
• Create new world
• Make the people who can not connect do complete reinstall of pack

Just updated to new launcher and downloaded the server files from a new download link which i am guessing is another patch
