Problem Mindcrack 8.3.2 Gregtech Crash

Whats the bug? Alright. So the new update added the ability for Gregtech machines to use MJ power when they've been given an upgrade for it, If you place a machine, apply the upgrade, then place a BC conductive pipe next to it it works fine, If you place the machine next to a conductive pipe before applying the upgrade it throws a critical error and crashes the server, It also applies to not only Plate Bending Machine but other greg machines as well.
Can it be repeated? Yes
Known Fix: None

I feel this is an almost critical error as it can be done in many ways basically crippling a server until there is a fix

Confirmed, can easily be repeated in single player (with no extra mods added) with a Stirling engine, conductive pipes and a industrial centrifuge.

I've patched BaseMetaTileEntityMJ.class with a fix, available here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/q9tzw6s3yaf5z4v/BaseMetaTileEntityMJ.class

Replace that file in GregTech's gregtechmod/api folder in the GregTech jar.

edit: Vauthil, I checked with greg, fixing a bug is fine.
