Mindcrack 8.2.0 server mods absents ( FIXED )

Hi, I recently downloaded the last server version and ftb mindcrack 8.2.0 and I cant play on our server. Message I receive is : 1. The server requires mods that are absent or out of date on your client.
2. Forge mod loader could not connect to this server. The mods and versions listed below could not be found. They are required to play on this server.

When I play with mindcrack 8.0.1 on my old server all is fine. If I try to play solo on the 8.2.0 all seem good. I tryed to force update with no luck. Maybe something I did wrong. ( the server was downloaded from ftb web site ).

Seem to be a server problem not matching the ftb mindcrack version ?

ftb site offer download on 8.1.1, i think for 8.2 you must download server from launcher, is it 1 or 2 mods or is it a big list, big list most likely be because server is on 8.1.1

Its a big list of mods and yes..seem the server is 8.1.1 on the ftb web site. I will try downloading it from ftb launcher.

Ok, something weird just happened but its a good thing. My launcher have the mindcrack pack version ...8.0.1 / 8.1.0 / 8.1.1 No idea why suddently they are there but its ok. This morning it was 8.0.1 / 8.1.0 / 8.2.0 So I downloaded the server via launcher, made the world folder change for the one we use in our save game and set my download location to where I leave US East and forced update. Everything work perfectly now.

Like I said..this morning I had the 8.2.0 in the launcher and for no reason ( I changed nothing ) I came back and the 8.1.1 was in the mindcrack version option. I maybe clicked somewhere without knowing it. I hope my friend and brother wil be able to change to 8.1.1 as well :oops:

I hope they dont have same problem as you because mine is fixed but I dont know what Ive done to do it.

I forced up date and changed my download location in the advance setting. My friend is at is home and we will look for it in the next minutes. If she dont have the 8.1.1 choice in the launcher I will suggest her to un-install ftb launcher and re-install it. Who know.

Since V8.2.0 went live earlier, it became the recommended download (instead of 8.1.1 being the recommended one). Downloading the server with recommended enabled should give you the 8.2.0 server. You could also just copy-paste the mods folder from the client to the server version (dont forget to fix core-mods too!) to update.

If you replace the "recommended" with "8.1.1" you will download the 8.1.1 version and also play using that version. Be aware that if you play on a public server the admins might update without your knowledge to a newer version, and that any items you got in a later version might be gone if you downgrade.

how do i get the pack to install it[DOUBLEPOST=1363134597][/DOUBLEPOST]i dont want the server i cant get the pack
