Mincraft not closing correctly

Hi there!

Since a few weeks back I have to force-close ftb when I am logging out of my world.
90% of the time Minecraft freezes on the screen saying"shuting down internal server"
and I have to close it with ctrl+alt+delete, it's really anoying.

I've tried to delete my whole ftb folder and re-downloading it.

Minecraft 1.4.7
Direwolf20 pack v5.0.1
Java 7 update 11
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

There is a problem with mystcraft. If you try to save and exit in a myst age minecraft will freeze. The mod author wrote this on this blog on Jan 2nd:

Crashing when saving is an issue with dimensions unregistration. It is happening a little too early. This is fixed in the dev builds thanks to cpw for adding an event to FML for me to use on server shutdown. This will be fixed in the next release.

There is, as far as i know, still no fix for it. Try to go to the overworld when you want to leave.
