FTB Launcher v1.2.2
MindCrack Pack (v.8.1.1) Minecraft Version 1.4.7
Java version: 1.7.0_17 from Oracle Corporation

I encountered the issue in a single player world with cheats enabled when I middle-clicked a wireless redstone transmitter to add it to my item hotbar (an empty slot). The game then crashed with a message telling me 'internal server shutting down'. Whenever I try to open the world now, I get a black screen with the item hotbar and minimap where they should be for a second, then another screen with the 'internal server shutting down' message, and finally the error report.

Error logs attached. Help appreciated.

If there is an item in your inventory which is causing you to crash, you could try deleting your player file to reset your inventory. Your player file will be located in /MindCrack/minecraft/saves/<yoursavename>/players
