MFR Planter

I have just set up a planter underneath a 3x3 section of dirt and powered it with a tesseract>>redstone energy conduit>>planter from below. I put the oak saplings in and nothing happens. I can't figure out why but the idle bar is constantly changing and never stays the same. What's the problem

can you post a screenshot of the planters gui?
EDIT: The idle bar moving is a sign that the planter is properly powered

that is a harvester, not a planter
This will harvest fully grown trees and other plants like wheat etc. it won't plant saplings

Looks right, try crafting the precision sledgehammer, hold it in your hands, and check that the area marked is just above the dirt

While you're taking the screen shots, might as well include one of the setup. Maybe it's too dark, or some other condition that makes the trees not want to plant. Or those are some trixy Forestry saplings, and not vanilla oak?

Yep, each machines area of work is highlighted for you. Fairly useful, until you start overlapping a lot of different machines, then it's just a mess.

It would be nice if you could say wack the machine to toggle it showing or not.
