MFR idle reset?

my MFR fisher's idle meter resets every time it reaches 0. it has power, and has a chhest above it. what am i doing wrong?

Are you sure it produces no fish? And it is over a 3x3x3 pool of water?

isn't that what it's supposed to do? every time the idle duration is over, it'll do it's action, and the idle timer start over again...
unless the fisher isn't actually doing something... I had that happen a few days ago and breaking and replacing the fisher helped

broke and replaced it, all is good. (i added a sytem to break it every once in a while.)
