MFR help needed. Planter problems...

So, I have set up a planter/harvester farm for a few magical crops. Everything is planting and being harvested perfectly. The problem is when I shutdown my single player world and relaunch it, the filter on the planter wants to reset/clear itself so every time I re-log I have to reset how my seeds get planted.

Hopefully this is just me doing something wrong and it's not a bug but any help is greatly appreciated as it gets very annoying having to constantly set the filter.

Is the area chunkloaded, also what mod pack are you using?

i seem to remember that there is a bug, either left or right clicking into the filter doesn't make it hold the filter. Try the other mouse button to whichever one you're using or update MFR

I am using the Monster 1.1.1 pack at the moment. and yes the area is chunkloaded. Leaving my base is fine. It's when I log out and log back in to my world that it seems to reset.
