Hello folks!

So I went into the Nether to gather up some of the.. err.. "interesting" trees only found there.

I really liked the look of the Ghostwood and it's leaves so I decided to try to mass farm them using a MFR harvester, but it changed the name of the leaves (shear leaves on)

Now granted the leaves still look the same, but now have that generic "tile.name" title and can't be used for crafting.

Other leaves seem to shear properly with the harvester, just wondering if there's something I can do to fix this.

Is this on a server or singleplayer? You could use a Trade-O-Mat set to have infinite stock and trade the tile.name leaves for the normal leaves. But, it is not automated. Try the Automatic Dictionary Converter?

Also, when the Chisel glowstone blocks are broken, they drop glowstone with a metadata value that can't be used for any recipe. Hopefully they fix both.

This can be fixed with some attempted combining and moving of the glowstone dust. Bit of a pain, but it works occasionally.

Ooops, sorry, single player world

Looks like the Automatic Dictionary Converter is for ores only, don't quite know if it would work on leaves, and the Trade-O-Mat doesn't quite help. (unless I'm not understanding the way a Trade-O-Mat works)

The Trade-O-Mat would work great, assuming you set it up correctly. Tell it you want to trade valid recipe items(so ghostwood leafs that aren't bugged) for the bugged ones, and give it an infinite stock of the valid ones somehow(a TE3 Creative Strongbox is a fine choice for this IMO).
Find a way to void the bugged ones automatically, and Bob's your Uncle, problem "solved".

It should work for everything that is part of the dictionary. Perhaps the leaves are not part of it.

My amazing MS Paint skills should clarify. Make sure you put the same amount of each on the left side, because it is saying "Trade x buggy leaves for y normal leaves".

The Creative Strongbox does not seem to work properly with the Trade-O-Mat if it is adjacent. But, he can put a Creative Strongbox/Bedrock Barrel/Creative Storage Cell/etc set to export normal leaves into a normal chest adjacent to the Trade-O-Mat.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I'm trying like hell to avoid spawning anything in with this world I'm in.

Setting up a trade-o-mat with a creative mode strongbox etc, would be just the same as gifting myself the leaves in creative mode.

Maybe I should add this into the bugs section for the mod pack? I'm not sure if it's a MFR issue or Natura (haven't tried any other Natura trees in the harvester yet, too scared to LOL)

Another suggestion would be to try the MFR Unifier. It might work. Keyword "might".

Well, only if you take the leaves out of the chest without trading. If you set up the Trade-o-Mat properly, it trades fairly; if you give it 500 bugged leaves, it gives you 500 normal leaves. So, you aren't spawning additional leaves.

But, I understand what you mean. Hopefully it will get fixed.

The Unifier does not work. It gives you the bugged leaves back.

Dang, heh... I've resorted to going onto the *ugg* Minecraft forums and left the bug/incompatibility info on the Mod's thread.. Maybe I'll hear something back there from the author.

If i learn anything, I'll post it here :)

Thank you for all the suggestions
