MFR Bio Reactor Help

I play with some friends FTB Ultimate. We have decide to rent a server. We have copied all datas. Now the Problem is the Bio Reactor dont produce Biofuel from the Forestry Mod. It produces the BioFuel from the MFR Mod. Befor it has produced the BioFuel from the Forestry Mod. After some research io didn't find a solution. So i hope someone can help me here.

Add a Unifier (can be connected directly to the BioFuel Reachtor,) This will turn the MFR BioFuel into Ethanol.

Tried this out but the problem is that the pipes wont connect to the Unifier (playing FTB Ultimate v1.1.2)

What pipes did you try, only BC or also liquiducts? My setup is using liquiducts and it works without problems. But that is also in 1.5.2 (not FTB Ultimate anymore).
