Alrighty guys, I tried reading up on the wiki, but came short. So, I've got a few questions. I am looking to create a forcefield and defense station around my house via MFFS. My question is, for a range of 80 (maybe less....my house IS a mountain), how much EU/t will this require? My base is chunk-loaded for various purposes, so I realize my EU generation must exceed the MFFS consumption, and I've heard it eats....a lot.
Can anyone give me some estimates for how much I need to upgrade my architecture to be able to supply both a forcefield and an anti-mob defense station? And will the defense station kill wisps as well?
Current Standing EU-wise:
22 Geothermal generators with constant supply of power: 440EU/t
4 LV Solar Arrays (Can possibly upgrade to MV later)
How much power will I need to generate for this thing? I was thinking of adding about 10-20 more geothermals, but I'd hope this won't pull 1,000EU/t. I still need to power a mass-fab occasionally and all my other machines.
