Summary of the problem Memory

What is the bug? When I play on modpack Beyond (latest version). My character freeze at every 5 secondes. I checked with F3 and I saw memory ram at 3708 MB (max). Each time when he reach 93% (3474MB) my character freezing and after 1 or 2 secondes restart at 76%. (2898MB) my character defreezing. By the launcher I set my memory on 6G on 12G. I registred this new value. But when I start the launcher it reset each time at default value. I think the probem is from the launcher with the memory. My Java is up todate.
