Problem Memory lagg spikes

Hello,

I'm having terrible freeze spikes that can take from 5 seconds to 2 whole minutes. I've monitored my pc and it seems to happen every time it reaches from 95% to 98% memory usage.

I have 32 gigs of ram and there is 16GB allocated to FTB ultimate anniversary edition.

These freezes are killing my gaming experience please help me.
