Mekanism salivation plant won’t completee l

Playing 1.6.4 with mekanism 6.0.5. Built salination tower and placed controller then right clicked button at the top but won’t complete. I tried moving controller so it was not on top level and it does complete but it doesn’t register levels above and the multiplier is 0 so it doesn’t work.

Did you add the solar arrays to the top corners?

Yup. It need to be open at the top. And hollow all the way down to the bottom layer.

Also, the efficiency(multiplier) depends on the temperature of the biome it is in. So the hotter biome the better.
