Ok, so I loaded everything up with 9x energy upgrades and it is all running just fine at max speed.

It seems that energy upgrades make the machines use less power, but more of the time. So my machines are burning 200 rf/t when idle, but my resonant energy cell is not even impacted when the machines are running.

Thanks guys.

I am going to look into big reactors, even though, *cringe*, that means even more world gen. I'm using the Direwolf20 pack with magic mods removed, and several mods added, including metallurgy (yeah....).

IC2 uranium and Atomic Science uranium(If you put that in), also works on big reactors.

Ok, I put big reactors in, haven't played with it yet. I didn't bother enabling the retrogen because of the available uranium (from IC2 and Atomic Science).

I am about to progress to tier 3 ore processing. I have a rather large (6 levels) salination plant, an electrolytic separator to make hydroden and chlorine, something to recombine them (forget the name atm), and a chemical infuser (elite factory). I will be hooking this up tomorrow, and yeah baby, 4x processing. Once I find this working well I will add the final tier on to make it 5x.

It's too bad metallurgy ores are not compatible with the mekanism process, I really could use more altarus and adamantine for tartarite.

As a side note, just for fun, I have a giant tank 3x3x10ish (openblocks tank) full of liquid fortron (going to try to build prefab underwater bases using Direwolf's MFFS setup).

Does AOBD work for Metallurgy now?
Has since day one.*
*Pretty sure it's been day one.

...I Lied. Seems it has no support for Metallurgy 3 yet. This is what I get for posting at 3:45 am it seems.
At least GT and RoC** have support for them(and extra TiC but it's only doubling).

**Partial but some regardless
