Details of the issue:

After putting a gas conduit (EnderIO), the server crashed and now i can't start it​

This is an issue for the version of mekanism used in the pack.

Fix implemented in current development branch.

To fix the hard way is use mcedit to.remove All conduits attached where the last one replaced. Other option is disable mekanism start the server then re-enable it tondelete all the mekanism blocks
