Direwolf Pack - v1.3.1
Mekanism version (have mek, and tools/generators)- 8.1.2.229

I was setting up for ore Quintupling, and got a crash after I was setting up tesseracts (I use tesseracts to transport power). I got the crash even with version 8.1.2.230 as well.

Now every time I try to connect to my world, it produces a crash (I downloaded the world folder from my server in an attempt to isolate it).

as for what is going on, a block doesn't like your setup to get power. It is pointed towards Block location: World: (-40,47,-64), Chunk: (at 8,2,0 in -3,-4; contains blocks -48,0,-64 to -33,255,-49), Region: (-1,-1; contains chunks -32,-32 to -1,-1, blocks -512,0,-512 to -1,255,-1) and according to your log its the ElectrolyticSeparator.

To fix it make a backup and open your world in mcedit to remove the block, however I would not be surprised if the other blocks from mekanismh then crash so I would suggest to first remove the power source and see if that fixes it.
Did I already mention that you should make a backup first? You really should do that before you do anything else.

That bug has been in mekanism for ages. It's a power conduit with a multipart close to it most likely, if not, it's a power conduit that had a multipart attached to it.. Just don't use multipart on mekanism power conduits, for some reason they start corrupting and the corruption spreads over the line some times.. Mekanism is my favorite mod, by far, so I've done quite a lot of testing and shit :p

I was using the gas conduit from ender io, and that seems to have been the culprit. I replicated the setup in a test world, and it crashed. Did the same setup with the pressurized tubes from mek, and no crash. This was still using the ender io power conduits, so all is good there. The only problem I have is figuring out how to get the chemical infuser to work. As you can see in the image below, it isn't processing despite being on the latest version of mekanism.

are ender Io conduits multiparts? And can you put an image of your setup? So I can help with the infuser.

The image on the left are the two gases in the infuser, the image on the right is the setup. Conduits for power, and brine are in the wall for it.

EnderIO no longer officially supports Mek 8, you have to wait for EnderIO 2.3 to be released, because 2.2.8 is officially not supporting gas conduits any further.
