Summary of the problem Mega Torch Not working

What is the bug? The Mega Torch is not working in one specific area. works in every other base owned by any player so far. But around this one guys base its not functioning nomather how many or who places them.
Version 1.5.3 of modpack, x:-2513, z:3638.

Area Claimed by Other player thats allied with my team.
I really cant figure out why it dont work for his base but for everyone else... even removed all structures and machines..
