Hey all, my ME system is flickering. I just did some retrogen from Mekanism and this is the first time I've seen this start happening.

Power is 100% between the cell and the controller. I have a quantum network connection to a distant land, and when I whack the connection it doesn't do this any more. The quantum network holding chunk is loaded.

It only flickers like that once every 20-30 seconds. Dunno why, but help is appreciated!

Make sure all of the network is chunkloaded. Even one cable left unloaded can cause this.

I whacked the cable that was heading out of the chunk and it still does this. :O[DOUBLEPOST=1398698631][/DOUBLEPOST]OH WOW

I didn't have a chunkloader on the receiving end. I am a noob. I thought it was this. Thanks.

Also note that if you use level emitters to manage dark cables? Those can cause reboots. Dark cables can cause all sorts of problems and should NEVER be used with level emitters.

I had a problem where the steady-state of my ME network was to flicker because I used a dark cable to drive a dark cable that connected to an ME Fluid Transition Place over a Serenade of the Nether ritual. It was set to import lava then export it to engines that drove the ME system, but what happened was it would reach max capacity, dip slightly below it, then it'd turn it back on (rebooting my network) to get another bucket. Repeat ad infinitum until the server fell over.

Ok now I have a new problem. My singularity isn't transmitting ANYTHING.

I have no idea why or how this happened, but I haven't touched the connections and now I am getting 0 connectivity between the two areas. The other end without the controller has power and it has a wired connection to a terminal but it's not receiving ANYTHING.

I broke it all and put it back together and still nothing. I moved the controller to the other side -- it works -- but it doesn't transmit through the quantum singularity.

Now what? :|

Okay here, have a look at my setup:

The first image is the home area with the controller. The controller is over on that cluster of machines to the left there. The next image shows the receiving end. The tesseract is providing power to the bridge with the redstone energy conduit. Nothing is getting a signal. Everything is powered.

What is going wrong?

edit: Figured it out, it was power throttling.

Ah, it's kind of last minute throw-together stuff pre-moving. The new place is much nicer, and I'm putting great thought into the builds.

You know how it is when things get started, you just kind of throw it all together.
