I'm not entirely sure, but if there isn't it would be nice to see.

Is there a way to craft items in ME system while you already have that item? I'm trying to craft iron ingots (with enderpearls and minium stone), but i have 6k of them... lol

Err I don't think I understand what you're asking. Do you mean if you have a recipe in the Molecular Assembler Chamber if you can still craft it? If so, then change the view mode to "Craft Only"
