I have a very complex ME System, and by that I mean, able to craft just about everything (including smelting, macerating, etc), there are about 50/60 import/export buses, in two dimension using link chamber and it requires just over 85MJ/Tick...

I am supplying it with constant and sufficient power from two tesseracts connected to redstone energy conduit...

And even though the controller remains green on the power bar, my items keep flicking off and on as if there is not enough power...

While researching this, I read that tesseracts can output 1,000 MJ/tick, so this is not the problem...

And even by adding a fully charged resonent energy cell outputting 10,000 RF/Tick, there is still 'insufficient power'.

Am I missing something obvious or could this just be lag??

Do you have any recipes that could be stuck in a loop?

I had my MAC get stuck in a loop recently, and that's pretty much what appeared to happen. It was compressing cobblestone, but ran out of it. So, it started uncompressing cobble to compress. The item screen would constantly flicker as it would have some cobble, then not, causing the list to redraw each time.

Whoops - the problem was insufficient energy,

found a huge force field which I had forgotten about draining all the energy

Well for reference, another thing that can cause this is your quantum bridges being unstable (not enough power, being loaded and unloaded)
