hi there i been trying to sovle my issues, here my issues
me drive going offline some odd reason but i tought my red smart cable was in away but when remove one my blue dense cable that is long distances over 200 blocks away is that a problem?

200 blocks away? When you aren't standing near it the chunk it's in won't be loaded.

Get a chunk loader :)

EDIT:

Oh and if you've got it connected via a cable you need to make sure every bit of the cable is chunkloaded too.

A chunk is a 16x16 square. The game doesn't render everything in chunks far away from you, so if you want far-away things to remain active when you're back home you can use one of these.

It has a user interface where you can select the range of the chunks it keeps loaded. I make sure the centre of my base has one because that way my stuff keeps running when i'm in the nether etc.

I also make sure any distant oil rigs or whatever have them.

Actually you'd only need to keep 13 chunks loaded. Which shouldn't impact much.
Assuming this line is straight. Spot loaders only load the chunk they are in right? Chicken Chunk loaders can be set to project in one direction anyway.
Of course this is just covering the cable and not whatever parts of the system you want running. Those will need loading as well.
