is it possible to slap an import bus onto a xyz-craft valve to put creasote oil into the system and it be able to pull out buckets to make the rail ties for railcraft rails? Or actually can the ME system craft anything using liquids?

Use an Item IO in the tank, not the valve. But yes, you can do it that way. Or you can make them with carpenters and pump the creosote directly into it and the ME interface on the side to put wood into it. Just keep the template in the carpenter so it knows what to craft.

thats amazing, its soo tedious to make rail ties.. were trying to build a rail network between our bases on a smp server.. 2 people built within 300 blocks of our castle, but the other two built over 1000 blocks away.. was dreading all the single bucket combines. Going to go the carpenter route, Thank you kindly.

here's a thought--Cans/capsules/etc.

Hook a Liquid Transposer up to a Xycraft Valve, output the filled cans/capsules/etc into ME, and then on the other end have another liquid transposer to pull the liquid out of the can/capsule/etc, and into whatever you want to use it for. Then send the now-empty can/capsule/etc back through the ME system back to the original Liquid Transposer where it will once again be filled up with liquid, and the cycle repeats.

Use all that annoying Aluminum for the cans. It's about all the use I've found for it in the DW20 pack.
