MCPC+ Preventing Rare Drops

Not sure if this is an issue or a bug or what not. I play on a server and when trying to collect charms of keeping from maze slimes I wasn't able to. I killed hundreds of slimes and not a single rare drop.

I assumed the server owner had turned them off for some reason. However he denied they were turned off.

I did some testing. With a fresh server install of FTB Ultimate, and a Looting 3 diamond sword it took less than 5 minutes to get a charm of keeping drop from a maze slime. I collected some more to make sure it wasnt a fluke, when I realized that other mobs in the maze had their own rare drops (maze map focus, etc.). I had a small collection of these drops as well.

The next step was to test MCPC+. Fresh install of MCPC+ with FTB Ultimate and went straight to a maze in the Twilight. Had an identical Looting 3 diamond sword. Cleared hundreds of mobs-no rare drops. I spawned hundreds of slimes-no rare drops.

I'm not sure if this is an isolated problem with twilight forest or not. I tested with wither skeletons and they still drop their skulls.

Just wondering if anyone else has realized this problem. I realize this isnt the MCPC+ forums but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.
 
Yeah, we are unable to get them to drop on our server too. Other rare drops (wither skulls) also work just fine.
