(MCPC) Direwolf20 - Mobs(or hostiles) stopped spawning

So i wanted to add some plugins to my FTB Server and downloaded MCPC,but now it doesn't seen to be spawning hostile mobs got only those plugins installed:

- Essentials
- HomeSpawnPlus
- PermissionsEx
-Secure Login PvP

I think the problem is with Essentials,here is it config : http://freetexthost.com/kv52anacri

spawn-monsters=true is also set on server.properties

What should i do to fix ? Thanks.

What is the plugin home spawn plus? It's hard to tell from this as you have provided little information, other then "no mobs spawn and you think its essentials".

Also there could be a error in mcpc so could you provide your server.log too.

HomeSpawnPlus is a Plugin wich i can set /sethome and /home (i though essentials one wasn't working)

Should i get a lower MCPC Version or Override server vanilla spawn with a plugin one ?

Nvm the mobs are spawning now,but on a very low rate,any tips on how to increase it's rate ?

I'm not downloading anything from a Dropbox, I used the freetexthost link however that log was missing several hundred lines if text.

If mobs are spawning and you want to increase it there is a option in the mcpc config in your mian server directory which you can edit.
