Problem MCPC+ Crash on startup FTB 1.1.7

On my desktop with 1GB of memory allowed runs fine, No errors or warnings. But when i copy the server files from my desktop to my hosted server with 2GB of ram allowed it crashes on startup with this error http://pastebin.com/LqW845cR. Im beyond confused any help is welcome.

Seems like the hosted server is out of PermGen space. Ask your server host to increase your permgen space and that should fix the problem.

How are you starting the server? A .bat file or are?

On my desktop a .bat file but i believe the hosted server has it's own script that is ran when i click the start button. I put in a ticket asking it to be increased. We will see if that works.
