Solved MCPC+ crash on start

Hi all

I busy setting up my new Direwolf20 1.6.4 with MCPC+ but ass as I launch the server with the MCPC jar server fails to start. I have tried the latest build of MCPC and the recommend build

So its started working and I'm not sure why

Only think I have done was installed .net 3.5 no idea if that's what did it but i'm putting it out there any way
