Hi All,
I recently setup a small private server for me and friends, its 2.5gb of ram, ssd running on a VPS. I am having some crashing / lag issues. I think this was due to portal/gravity gun and have such disabled them. However, i understand i can use aPerth to monitor whats going on a bit better.

So, im looking at installing that, and i see it requires PermissionsEx. Which in turn requires forge. I am currently running the stock FTB server. I have seen i can install MCPC+, ForgeBukkit and other but im not sure what works with aPerf, or if i even want aPerf (maybe there is something better that works with mcpc+?).

My goal is to install some performance and network monitoring tools so i can see whats going on. I dont care which mod i install but from what ive read people suggest mcpc+ over the others. So i need to figure which is the route to go down and whats compatible with what. Maybe although aPerf/pex needs Forge, maybe mcpc+ is a version of forge? i dont know.

Sooo, yeah a little confused... whats the deal?

Thanks,
