MC FTB Launcher (Error Downloading Mod packs)

Hi people.

Im having a problem where i cannot download any 1.6.4 mod pack at all. I have searched for fixes and have found none that work, so im throwing this out there for someone else to lend a hand.

Check that your av / firewall is not blocking the download. Also try changing the download location in advanced options.

How would i go about checking my AV and firewall as im not to great at computer's. Im using Norton Internet Security.
