Max FPS possible?

Hello, Lately I have been getting lots of fps lag on FTB i don't know why i am getting this lag i have 14g Of ram allocated to FTB And it still lags Any ideas on how to fix, also i am not willing to download optifine. ]


My computer specs are
Processor: Intel Cor i7 3770 CPU 3.40 GHz
Ram: 16GB
Windows 64Bit operating system
Graphics Card: Intel HD Grpahics 4000

What kind of fps do you actually get? What mod pack are you running?

You should not be allocating any more than 4gb to FTB because allocating too much can have a detrimental affect on performance.

I would lower your ram allocation to around 4gb or less. Also try the tips mentioned here from Eyamaz which should hopefully increase your performance.

Also integrated graphics cards are not the best for gaming. If your system is a desktop then I would recommend and upgrade. Unfortunately if it is a laptop then you are stuck with it.

I get around 5 - 16 FPS running FTB ultimate

I have a desk top so i will be upgrading my graphics card.
