Can you use anything other than scrap? I heard you can, but I wanna check 1st

If it's the GT version you are talking about you can probably feed it Nether stars for a 0.01% increase in speed.

Uh huh. Well, apparently you can use all sorts of fuel, mainly dusts like platinum and diamond. I might run mine off platinum. Don't worry, I make a lot of platinum.

Last I checked, those recipes are for the mass fabricator only, the default IC2 recipe. As far as I know, the Matter Fabricator only runs on scrap (possibly scrapboxes?)

I tried ender eye dust and it didnt work, i do think if the configs are on hard mode you can only use scrap, but ofc only quote me on the ender dust usage. I tried on mindcrack pack 7.1 so maybe it did change.

That's odd. I've been using ender pearl dust pumped in from my farm for a long time. It doesn't make it faster, but it only uses 4 dusts instead of the 30 or so scrap per UUM created.

I'm on the latest Mindcrack, no config tweaks.

Nope it doesn't make it faster, it's like scarpbox (have 9 times more capacity) but the eu being used is still the same : 16.67 millions eu per uum, hence it's just there so you can have a better usage of those useless green sapphire dust.
