I ran into a bit of pickle that some of you might have an idea for.

Running a mining laser with a rotary extractor, and I'm getting ridiculous amounts of stuff - however I'm having troubles with some of them.

Case in point: Certus Quartz.

The extractor produces its own quartz version that no mod refuses to recognise as certus, even if I "U" the gem and it tells me it's in the dictionary.

If I put it in my crafting window, it converts to AE quartz without problems, but I need a way to automate that conversion, otherwise I cannot pulverise it, I cannot use it in AE recipes or any other thing that requires Certus.

I foolishly tried the direct Mat -> Mat pattern in the AE assembler, but it lights red expecting me to plug it in an interface over a machine.

Same goes for a number of other different mats - Amber, Quicksilver, apatite etc.

tried the MFR Unifier? that has preferences you can set for converting the various different mod metals/dusts/gems/ores into just one type that you define in the gui

The unifier does not seem to work for the RoC produced gems. They need to be put in a crafting grid.
Works on the ingots though.

Interesting. It must be a bug in one of the 2 mods. Certus Quartz Gem to Certus Quartz works perfectly fine for me in my ME MAC.

I'm on Monster 1.1.2
