massive lag since latest update JAVA

Details of the issue since the update of JAVA (update 144) I got massive lag in my locale game. it's so bad I can't do anything, and the FPS is okay from time till time, but even then I hve gigantic loading issues.
I think the problem is on JAVA's End, but still hope you guys can help me out.

If you follow the instructions on how to get a log file, and share that here - then someone might be able to help you out.
(as you left that out in your original post - I gave you the instructions for it)

I found the problem already. it was an ingame issue I created myself. (whoops)
I had too much automation and tech in 1 chunk.
And went for flux wireless energy, insteat of long cables. and long distance item transfer is going through enderchests.

lost almost all the lag, still work in progress.
