Hello, i have massive lag on Feed The Beast but not minecraft (vanilla)
i have a really good pc i can run far cry 3 max.
i have updated my Graphics card, defraged, uninstalled FTB and everything, but nothing works.

I'm going to assume you have an Nvidia graphics card, as those are the ones which usually have these issues. If you don't, let me know.
Steps for a Nvidia card:
Right-click on the FTB launcher
Under "Run with graphics processor", click "Change default graphics processor..."
Change to the "Program Settings" tab, if you're not already on it.
Select the launcher on the drop down menu under "Select a program to customize". If it isn't there, you will need to use the "Add" button to add it.
Change the drop down menu under "Select the preferred graphics processor" to High-performance NVIDIA Processor"
If the suggestion above doesn't help, u can also try to "downgrade" from java 64-bit to 32-bit.
that didn the trick for me (in addition to the nvidia driver adjustment).
I would hazard the guess, that java-64 disables the graphics card for FTB somehow, but i didnt find a solution for this (was also like this in tekkit)...
