Problem Massive lag amount on my FTB Beta server since 2 days

Hello,

Since 2 days my server is laging like crazy when I connect to it as you can see:

The lag never stop to increase when I enter my server

But as soon as I leave everything is normal again

In game the FPS is 0-1

My server is on the same computer I use to play but it wasn't a problem before.
It's a windows seven 64 bit, with 4 GB dualcore and 2GHz
Server is version 1.4.2 and client is FTB Beta Pack A v12
I didn't add any other mod.

Do you have any suggestion to help me ?

There are a couple of things that can cause significant lag. For example long piping systems (like 200 blocks long). Try to figure out which machines use the most cpu power.
