Mass Fabricator Different?

I am using the Direwolf20_1_6_4 modpack and I noticed my Mass Fabricator is different, and I have no idea how to use it. I have searched all over Google and youtube and it appears I am the only one with a Mass Fabricator like this. I just wanted to make this to make UUmatter but I can't even seem to figure out what to do with this. Is this a bug with the Modpack or something?

UU-Matter is a liquid now, and uses a slightly different process in order to make an item. First off I'd recommend making a storage tank for it, a 7 x 7 should suffice. You will need 3 other machines to aid in the process of making an item.

First you will need a scanner. This is to scan said item, for example, Diamond. This will give you a pattern, that will you need a pattern storage for. Lastly, you will need a replicator in which to create these items. This final process takes Liquid UU, and EU to do. A piece of iridium takes approximately 22000mB of liquid to produce one at this final stage.

Thankfully, I got an alternative way to produce Iridium, but it takes a hefty amount of EU to do so.
