Windows .exe Map (item) glitching out

I made a map item, full sized it and filled it out. Then I made a copy of it. The map and it's copy ended up in the same chest and stacked. Since then they're both blank and unresponsive. Is there anyway to fix them or should I hop back into my zeplin and make a new one?

Does anyone know if this only happens when maps get stacked, I don't want to spend all that time remapping the world just to have my maps bug out on me again.
