Map deleted after update

Hey! After FTB autoupdate have lost the saved map... that is- map seed is the same as are the waypoints and my place where i left (saved) the game. All other settings are reset to default. Map looks like when I just started the map.
Can't find any last saved in FTB folders.. Main question is.. How can I avoid that in the future? Happens every update..
