Problem make Nether wart with Witchery Mod

Hi
i play without go to nether world but i need nether wart so bad.
I tried make with Witchery Mod but i didn't get Nether wart, just got purple water with purple bubble.
what did i wrong? i did as follow number on picture

It might be, that you need a certain amount of power in a nearby altar.
It is possible that NEI fails to mention it, so check the in-game witchery booklets on this.


Also, just to be sure:
1) The ingredient need to be dropped in the right order (you probably know this but I mention it anyway, for other people with similar problems reading this)
2) Make sure the dropping of items isn't messed up by magnets, hopperhocks, ender-hoppers, and similar things.

Both NEI and in Booklets are same where put in ordet. I tried with Altar, it don't work. or not sure how get a certain amount of power from Altar. It work fine with Spinning Wheel that need power from Altra, but still not get Nether Wart
