I'm guessing Magic Bees and Fast Leaf Decay are both invalid suggestions?
Magic Bees because so far Forestry isn't on the list, and Fast Leaf Decay because it's a tweaking mod?
However, if they are valid, those are my suggestions.

It doesn't change the overworld, but this mod creates a new dimension that is like that, which Banished uses a spawn room surrounded by bedrock to force the player into this world.

Well, then, Forestry with the following Addons: Binnie's mods, Magic Bees, Gendustry; there are some tweaks for NEI available too.

Looking at the list, I noticed that you don't have world gen in there. I suggest something like Resonant Complex (or Ruins+, Restructured... whichever works best with your pack, I strongly suggest looking at each one as they have different strengths.)

Lyra's Magnificent Trinkets is a good one to add.

As an add-on, I suggest watching Tinker's Tailor for TC armor.

I'm doing the same thing for my modpack; I have ideas with that and CelestialCraft together for a possible replacement to a magic tree in mine.
