major gui lag and chunks not loading

Title major gui lag and chunks not loading

Details of the issue when playing the game there is major lag when opening any gui appart from the inventory and chunks will stop loading after a while

i am playing in singleplayer with max ram allocation i can give it

wallpaper engine and discord are also running in the backround though neither of those should be causing problems
