Main Site Bug?

Hi there,

I just tried to get onto the main site and take a look, but was faced with a page asking for a login and a password. The URL wasn't https://, so I didn't log in with my account. Is this safe to log in with?

Forgive me if i put this in the wrong section

EDIT: It's working fine for me now, but in case I am faced with it again, is it safe to log in to?
 
You will not be able to login as you do not have the login for that area. It was a derp our end with some configs.
