Plus, they are used by other mods, so it's not actually that noticeable.

Hence why I want a material that is already in the Ore Dictionary, but not over-saturated. You know why Eloraam's paint buckets require "Tin Plate" from the Alloy Furnace? Because Forestry and IC2 already grabbed everything conveniently bucket shaped with Tin.

Currently Ferrous Ore is very underused, added by TE. Since you get a % from pulving normal Iron, and also as Ore blocks you do tend to get a stockpile. Perhaps use an alloy based on Ferrous?

Nickel coated iron for more corrosion resistance? Or some kind of nickel enriched steel, but new way of making steel can interfere with RC and GT.

Edit: Maybe just add chromium and go stainless steel route?
